The team, captained by former Indian skipper Sourav Ganguly boasts of the best bowling attack in the entire IPL. The team comprises of some amazing bowlers including Shoaib Akhtar, Mohammad Hafeez, and Umar Gul from Pakistan, and Ishant Sharma from India. Ishant Sharma, the lanky Indian pace bowler has been in tremendous form and has displayed immense talent in his career so far. The bowler has been bowling at break neck speed and has been in the news for his systematic demolition that he handed to the Australian team on the Indian tour down under. The Kolkata Knight Riders team is being coached by the legendry Australian coach John Buchanan. John Buchanan is credited with the way Australian cricket shaped up in the recent past and the world cup victories which the Australian team achieved.
