Australia
will continue their tour of Bangladesh with the second game of the three-match series at the Shere Bangla Stadium in Dhaka. The Aussies had won the first ODI of the series rather easily at the same ground and have a 1-0 lead. They will
now look to win this game to win the series but more importantly, will look to continue doing the processes correctly.

The Bangladeshis did not have a good time with the bat in their game against the
Aussies as they failed to get any kind of acceleration against the mammoth chase.
The least that the fans would have wanted from them was for the side to get going
and probably lose y a bigger margin than the prod and plod as if playing in a
five-day game.
Australia's batting took the cake though. They were good at the start of the
innings and even in those 30s by Shane Watson and Ricky Ponting, had
done enough to get the run-rate moving in the right direction. However, it is
the form of Cameron White that will be a cause for concern to the side, which
scored only 20 but took many, many deliveries to do so.
On the other hand, the Bangladeshis will worry about their own bowling which
hasn't looked too menacing for a home game, as it has had in the past. Shakib
al Hasan does a good job as a captain while Abdur Razzaq is decent bowling
within the fielding restrictions overs. However, where they are missing out
is in the pace bowling department, which is going for a lot of runs and being
a cause for concern.
Mashraffe Mortaza had a decent return to international cricket, picking up two
wickets but conceding far too many runs in the process.
It is the batting that surprised the fans from Bangladesh. There was a time in
the middle of the innings when both, Shakib and Tamim had got going with a good
partnership but in the face of a mounting asking rate, needed the side to get
going with the runs but had failed to do so. In fact, they had not even attempted
to get the runs quickly.
The Aussies will look to their bowling combination and feel good with the inclusion
of John Hastings, but will know that they will need to bowl as well in
the face of an attacking display by Bangladesh. Brett Lee will be the
key bowler here.
