The Delhi Daredevils will face the Royal Challengers Bangalore next,
in a game that will be played at the Feroz Shah Kotla. In the last game that the
two sides played, the Delhi team batted first and despite the wickets of all their
main guys, went on to score 180 plus and beat Bangalore.
The chief architect of the win was Kedar Jadhav who scored a quick fire half
century and guided their side to a big enough total. This time around, the entire
Delhi camp goes into the game with some good batting performances under their
belt. So, while Virender Sehwag is the only player to miss out, the rest
of them like David Warner, Gautam Gambhir, Dinesh karthik and Jadhav,
and have all got the runs and made life interesting for their side.

talking point for the side. Dirk Nannes will always be remembered as the man
who kept Glen McGrath out of the tournament, but even though he will not play
in the game due to his injury, his replacements have done rather well.
For starters, the Bangalore side will be up against Farveez Maharoof,
who did rather well in the previous game of the tournament, when he scalped
a couple of wickets in the very first over of the Rajasthan innings. However,
it is not only him, but Umesh Yadav as well, who could be the player to watch
out for in the future as he has done rather well in the last couple of games.
He has the speed and the swing to bother most of the top order guys and he will
be a threat to the Bangalore top-order.
Talking of the Bangalore side, they had done well to win four games in a row,
but then lost their last two matches to get back to the fourth spot in the table.
They need to safeguard against complacency, but the good news for them is that
two highly talented guys have joined the side in Cameron White and Kevin Pietersen and the pair will look to prove themselves. Even in the last match
against the Chennai side, they got only 5 overs to play themselves in and they
did that with admirable ease.
The side will be happy to be away from the Chennai heat and humidity, and into
the rather dry weather of Delhi. Whether that makes any difference to the team's
fortunes remains to be seen
