Is this tour going to be the worst nightmare ever for Team India? After the 4-0
disaster in test series India were desperate to bounce back by winning the one-off
T20I but once again they collapsed. They could not control the momentum at the
later part of the game both in batting and bowling departments.
Now it's time for 5 ODIs. India is the recent World Cup winner of this format
of the game. The 1st ODI is going to be take place at Riverside Ground in Chester-le-Street
on 09:15 IST or 14:45GMT. India were desperate to win the T20I but now
for them it is worth dying for.

It's like nothing has not been clicking for the "Men in blue" except
recently T20I debutant Rahul Dravid-The Wall. Surely he will be playing
in the first ODI though he has not been playing in this version of the game for
a quite long time but it does not matter to him. "He is a great player"
told by newly Doctorate Mahendra Singh Dhoni himself. But what about the other
guys? They have been performing more like show-pieces throughout the tournament.
India will certainly be missing the explosive Sehwag, sensible Gautam Gambhir,
Spin wizard Harbhajan Singh, finisher Yuvraj Singh and Strike bowler Zaheer Khan due to injury. They all have been the success part of the World Cup.
Rahane will be replacing Virender Sehwag, Aaron will be replacing Ishant Sharma
and Ravindra Jadeja will be replacing Gautam Gambhir. So, Suresh Raina will
be the vice captain for ODIs. But how deep the injury is, mighty Indian batting
line-up is more capable of winning an ODI in any day.
England have been applying different squad for different format of the game. As
a result, England made an incredible change for their ODI line-up. Believe
it or not hard hitter Kevin Pieterson has been rested or we could say dropped
from the squad! It might cost a lot. All-rounder young Benjamin Strokes will be
replacing him. Hope he plays well. Alastair Cook will be leading England in ODIs.
We are the world cup winner of ODI format" this could be a mind booster
for Team India and the charismatic captaincy of Mahendra Singh Dhoni might be
good enough to see a success at last but never forget ruling England. It could
go either way.
