The Rajasthan Royals will play the Pune Warriors in the 38th game of the
Indian Premier league 2011. It will be a home game for the Rajasthan Royals
have who have now won two in a row at home and they will look to continue with
their winning streak.
The Pune Warriors are in big trouble. At the start of the tournament,
they had looked like they were a team to watch out for. They had a strong batting
line-up and they were able to get going with the bat to win two in two. Now,
five games on, they are left with two wins only and that means that the side
is struggling to make it big in the tournament.

Another loss for the Pune Warriors will mean that they will need to win the remaining
six games to qualify for the next stage and that will mean that the sides will
be left with no chance of survival in the tournament.
On the other hand, the Royals are looking terrific. They have barely been able
to get going, they have not struggled to make things happen at home and are favourites
in this game. the reason for this s simply because they have been so powerful
at home that even someone like a Mumbai Indians struggled to get going on a rather
slow wicket.
The Royals have unearthed a new all-rounder. It is the batting of Johan Botha
that has held every one in awe especially given that he is a bowler at the international
level who can bat a little. But having him come in at the number three position
and get going with the bat is something that they would not have expected. Especially
not in this fashion.
On the other hand, the Royals as a team has done well. Watson has bowled his
set of overs and batted reasonably well at the start of the innings. Warne has
been doing well too. Ross Taylor hasn't got an opportunity to bat too
long but whenever he has done, there has been no looking back and the rest of
the bowling has chipped in with the goods too.
Speaking of the Pune Warriors, they have no option but to get in the like of
Callum Ferguson into the side - the batting is looking weak at the top
and Ferguson could be an answer to their questions.
