 The second Test between Pakistan and Sri Lanka will be played in October 26 in Dubai at 6:00 GMT. The first Test between these two sides was finally came to an end in a draw.
In the first test Sri Lanka had a batting debacle as they were bundled out
only in 197 runs in the first innings. Only Matthews was able to score against
the Pakistani bowling attack. Junaid got 5 wickets sacrificing only 38 runs.
But in the second innings, Sri Lanka played very well especially their two batsmen
Sangakara and Prasanna Jayawardene.

Sangakara made his eighth double century and Jayawardene scored 120 runs. Their
partnership had a huge effect to get a draw. In the second innings Umar Gul
got four wickets for Pakistan. Meanwhile Pakistan scored a huge total in their
first innings. They made 511/6. Taufeeq made a double century.
In the second ODI Sri Lanka have to be more focused on their batting as it went
completely wrong in the first innings of the first test. It was their good luck
that they exploited the missed chances of Pakistani fielders. Sri Lankan top orders
have to do better, but their main concern would be their bowling as after the
retirement of Muralitharan they are yet to win a test match.
It is getting too lengthy for them. They were literally toothless against the
Pakistani batsmen in the first test. They have some good batsmen who need not
learn anything more. All Sri Lanka need is now to bowl as good as possible to
get a win.
Sri Lanka faced both batting and bowling problem in the first innings, but Pakistan
were lot better than their opponent in the first test. But they have to field
much better, they missed six chances! If they do similar mistake they will never
get a win against the Sri Lankan side because they do know how to exploit the
mistakes of the opponent and they proved it in the second innings.
To get a win both side will be trying to play as good as possible. Sri Lankan
sides have more experience than Pakistan, but they have to utilize the experience
like the second innings and Pakistan being a younger side played really
well. If they can correct their mistake like using the same fielder after even
missing a chance, they can hope a good result in the next clash.
