The rivalries and competition continues to intensify in the Indian Premier League as Delhi Daredevils clash with Pune Warriors in their second meeting of the season. The two teams played against each other only three days ago in a high voltage match, and same can be expected for Tuesday.

Delhi Daredevils suffered only their second defeat of the season but are still top on the points table. Chasing a daunting total of 193, their batsmen fell away in the middle overs against the innocuous medium pace of Sourav Ganguly.

Morne Morkel is the highest wicket-taker of the season so far with 15 wickets, but his four overs went for 50 runs on Saturday. Besides picking up wickets, economy will be a crucial aspect as well. Shahbaz Nadeem also struggled while the lack of a fifth bowler proved them costly.

Captain Virender Sehwag's form and intensity will be crucial in determining the Daredevils' performance after raced to a quickfire 57. The middle-order batting though is a sign of worry for the team owing to repeated failures.

Pune Warriors gave perhaps their most spirited performance of the season so far in a charged up show that resulted in their fourth win from seven matches. Currently in fourth place, the Warriors will be eager to move up the table as they move towards the halfway stage in the season.

Captain Ganguly put in an all-round show that won him the Man-of-the-Match award, scoring 41 with the bat before picking up two wickets for 27 runs from his quota. Jesse Ryder blazed his way to 86 and if he fires again, the Warriors can expect to score plenty of runs easily. Steve Smith has also carved a niche for being the finisher with his clean hitting.

The match will be played in Pune where a large crowd can be expected following their team's impressive performances lately.
