 The match between Somerset and Auckland Aces is the fourth match of the
qualifying round of Champions League Twenty 20 2011 which will be played
in Hyderabad, September 20 at 20:00 IST or 14:30 GMT. This match is very important
for both of the teams especially for Auckland Aces because if they lose the match
they will lose all two of their qualifying matches and will probably be out of
the tournament.
Somerset team is from England .They did participate in the first edition of champions
League Twenty20 but their experience was too bad. They stood last eight among
twelve teams. So, they must forget that nightmare to progress for the next round.

Somerset is a good side but they have no big batsman who can single handedly
take the match away from any team but they do have some good all rounders. Craig
Kieswetter is a good batsman and he has proven it recently against India. Jos Buttler is a very good striker of the ball whose strike rate is 146. However,
the problem is that both the batsmen will not play this game.
They also have South African all rounder Reolet Van der Merwe who has played in
India before.
Auckland Aces showed that they can control the game even it seems out of control
in their first match against KKR so Somerset batsmen should be cautious and should
not hurry and they also keep in mind that their opponent has a very good fielding
side as well so they should not take any extra risk.
Somerset has three spinner- George Dockrell, Murali Kartik and Van der
Merwe who can edge the bowlers of Auckland Aces.
Auckland Aces must learn from their mistakes. They were so nervous that they
lose their main batsman Martin Guptill in the very first ball of the
innings. They had total two run out which shows their nervousness and inexperience.
Their bowler gave them a chance to win the match but their batsmen could not perform
except Vincent and Munro. So, they should focus on their mistakes and improve
their quality otherwise well shaped Somerset might send them home even before
the main tournament starts.
It would be "Do or Die" match for Auckland Aces so they will try
everything to get a victory over Somerset but Somerset CCC is not a team
to be beaten easily. This match is expected to be a very exciting match of the
early stage of the tournament.
