South Africa will be firm favourites to take a dominating 2-0
lead in the ongoing South Africa vs West Indies MTN One day Series at

South Africa have put their first test match defeat into oblivion
as they have progresses from strength to strength in their last few encounters.
Dale Steyn has been a real find for the Proteas and with Shaun Pollock
still going strong in his mast one day series, South Africa will be looking

on the West Indies reducing them to 81/6 before an excellent late order partnership
between Runako Morton and Darren Sammy restored respectability to the West Indies score setting the South Africa crick team a target of 179 to be hauled
in 36 overs on a wet soddy pitch at the Centurion.
South Africa did make heavy weather of the chase losing Justin
Ontong to a brilliant diving catch by Dwayne Bravo early on. However,
they were guided home by the able batting of newcomer Duminy as they overhauled
the West Indies target of 179 with two overs to spare. That success meant that
the onus is now on the West Indies to register a comeback so as not to
let all the good work in the early part of the series rip away.
