Swashbuckling Indian wicketkeeper Mahendra Singh Dhoni jumped one place
to occupy the third position in the ICC ODI player rankings.
Dhoni, who blazed a 20-ball 40 against West Indies in
Vadodara, has 762 points and has Mike Hussey (848) and Kevin Pietersen
(778) above him in the latest points table.
Dhoni rise came at the expense of Australian skipper
Ricky Ponting who dropped one spot to be at fourth place.
There are three other Indian batsmen in the top-20 list --
Rahul Dravid at 12th, Sachin Tendulkar at 18th and Yuvraj Singh
at 20th spot.
In the bowling category, no Indian finds a place in the top-10 position.
