This Wednesday will see more Group D 2010 World Cup action when Ghana plays
Germany at Soccer City in Johannesburg. This will be the last game in the group
for both teams and you can expect that it will be a passionate affair. Both teams
will be aiming to ensure their hopes of moving on to the next round. It should
be a great match to watch with us here on action8cricket.com; the home of great
live stream soccer on the web.
Germany had a good start to Group D when they managed to beat Australia 4:0 in
a game where they completely dominated. Their next game against Serbia though
didn't go their way and they lost it 0-1. Germany were playing with only ten men
for much of the game after Miroslav Klose received a red card. They did have some
good chances against Serbia, and they dominated for much of the match but they
just could not find the target. Germany will need to up the pace for this next
game against Ghana or they could be exiting the competition on Wednesday.
Ghana managed to win their first game of the group against Sebia 0-1. They could
only manage a 1-1 draw against Australia - a result that is nothing to be proud
of. Ghana know that Germany are a tough team to beat but this will be their
aim in order to ensure progression to the next stage of the 2010 World Cup.
By the end of Wednesday we should know who is staying and who is going home from
Group D. It is very hard to predict how it is all going to turn out but I think
we can expect some great action. Make sure that you don't miss out on all the
excitement by joining us here on action8cricket.com; you won't find better live streaming footy anywhere else on the web during the World Cup.
