in their World Cup semi-final against New Zealand at Sabina Park
in Kingston, Jamaica today.
Sri Lankans were 13 runs for one in the third over of their inning.
Opener Jayasuriya was clean bowled by James Franklin on one
runs.
While Sri Lanka were boosted by the return of pace bowler Lasith
Malinga in the bowling department, New Zealand brought back spearhead Shane Bond to thwart the Lankan challenge.
