Direct to Home (DTH) service provider Tata Sky today said it would relay live
the ongoing cricket matches between India and England being played
in England.
"We have been a forerunner in providing customers with cutting edge technology
and on-demand services. Actve Sports has established itself as a milestone in
Indian sports entertainment and we are delighted to offer this all important India-England
series to cricket enthusiasts with all the interactive features of Actve Sports,"
Tata Sky CEO & MD Vikram Kaushik said here today.
Tata Sky, a joint venture between Tata Group and Star, launched
its services last year.
Tata Sky would bring all the interactive features such as highlights,
scoreboard, multi-language commentary, statistics, and Actve Sports' virtual
window.
These features would help in getting the viewer to know data
on milestones achieved by batsmen and teams, Tata Sky said in a statement.
