Team India is ready to begin its World Cup campaign with their match against Bangladesh
today even as Indian captain Rahul Dravid said he'd rather keep Bangladesh
guessing discussing all 15 opposition players than 11.
Interacting with newsmen here at the Queen's Park Oval after
a practice session, Dravid said his side was eager to get going.
"We think we have the flexibility, but it's all well to say we have the
options and composition it's now about us performing."
"We'd back ourselves in a five-game series, if you have one day, you still
know you can come back. But, in the World Cup, you've got to win on the
day and move on."
It would be fifth World Cup of the batting maestro Sachin
Tendulkar who must be looking forward to winning the cup for his team. Sourav
Ganguly, Rahul Dravid and Virender Sehawag are there to support Sachin.
Cricket lovers from across India are wishing
their team luck in different ways. Some are praying, some have composed inspirational
cricket songs and some have started signature campaign to motivate Team India
to the optimum level.
