Mahela Jayawerdene is the Man of the Match and the Man of the Series for aggregating
474 runs in this series.
A draw that England really didn''''t deserve. They were outplayed in the three departments
and would consider themselves very lucky to have been spared an emabrassing defeat.
Sri Lanka rise to the third position in the test rankings while England slide
down to the fifth position. Join us on boxing day for test matches and an ODI.
Until then, it''''s goodbye and Merry Christmas.

Tamim Iqbal failed to be at his fittest best and couldn''t bat in this innings.
He dislocated his thumb in a process to catch one while fielding at 1st slip yesterday.
He was seen walking across the fence this morning with a sling tied up which says
the whole thing. A dislocated thumb was enough to rule him out of the last innings
of this game.
Oram to Mortaza, out Caught by Mills at point!! Fullish delivery outside the

the crease again and looks to drive it through the covers, hits it on the up

flies to his right and plucks an absolute blinder within thin air to end this
game, that is as good a catch as you would get to see, Oram picks up the final
