I have paid but I can't login?

If you don't have that email, check your bulk email folders and spam filters. It could also be that you (in your excitement to sign up) accidently misspelt your email address. A bit embarrassing, but a common mistake. Always make sure that your that your email address is spelt correctly as it will become your username. My account says it should run until (insert date here) but it is saying expired?

This could be because the Americans (the membership script runs in the American format) use the following date format: mm/dd/yy. That means that if it says that it will expire on 6/11, it actually means the11th of June. Check the dates carefully.

Does this work on a Mac?

Unfortunately the p2p packages that we use as backups don't function on a Mac. You will need to install flip Mac in order to receive our streams. Since most of our streams are in Windows Media Player, you will need Flip Mac to give you access to the appropriate links. Then you should be able to enjoy the same benefits as PC members.
